I was in town on business. My stay was great especially for the price. The place is immaculate and I was able to get downtown in 15 min's. Its very quiet and professional. I loved the Blackpearl Marina after a hard days work. Three minutes down the road. There are all kinds of stores nearby. Lisa Grimes is very sweet and kind. She will go out of her way to be sure you are comfortable. She was a great help as well, especially not knowing my way around. I would recommend her room rentals any day. Thank You, Brian Agee

I'm Jean Francis Ngpout from Cameroon Africa. I think Lisa is awesome ! I rented a room for three months on business, February 2012. Not only is the place clean , she invited me to join her for one of her incredible meals, totally unexpected ! Lisa Grimes is unique by far. I even went to watch her sing in her band. She is multi talented, and genuinely enjoys helping people with her Real Estate skills, amongst her many other talents. I would highly recommend her room rentals. It was a great experience !
